Kellerhaus is the oldest candy and ice cream maker in New Hampshire and still makes its own ice cream and more than 100 different chocolates in the store. Kellerhaus was established in 1906 in downtown Laconia and moved to Weir's Beach in the 1960s.
Laconia Village Bakery has been around since 1993: 30 years. It has been in the same location on Main Street for most of its lifetime. Some of its customers have been coming since it opened with its original owner, Ellen Giguere.
